Public Relations

Public relations (PR) is how you, as a business, communicate with your wider audience and it’s the process of managing how you disseminate information. The focus is on communication, your reputation and exposing your brand.

Public relations can be divided into three categories:

1.     Owned media: content that you have control over, such as your blogs, guides, social media and website content. You control its creation and distribution and you can therefore ensure that it is informative and aids in the conversion of your leads.

2.     Paid media: content that you pay to display, such as pay per click (PPC) campaigns, online advertising and via social media influencers. This will expose your business to a predefined group of people who you want to target.

3.     Earned media: content that is out of your control and which is published by external sources. If the quality of your products and services and the way you conduct your business are positive, then so should your earned media but you don’t have control of what is said about your brand.

We can affordably help you to increase your reputation, enhance your credibility and promote your brand in order to increase your long-term sales.
